Steve Allen, the founder of Allen Telecom Professionals, has over 20 years experience in the Telecommunications industry spanning Central Office Equipment, Key and PBX installations and Site Engineering. He created an IP based Disaster Recovery System that he presented to FEMA in Washington DC in 2005.

He has lectured in meetings and seminars at Colleges, Government Agencies, and Businesses about subjects surrounding telecommunications trends and equipment.

He is the author of “Communication Systems Grounding” written in conjunction with Bell Labs and “Digital Switching System Installation – 101” written specifically for the Midwest School of Telecommunications of which he is a Director.

It became increasing obvious that as technolgy became more complex, that busness owners and managers would find it impossible to keep up with the changes especially if they only make a major telecom purchase every 7 or 8 years.

He founded Allen Telecom Professionals to see that these managers can focus their vauable time on managing their own business and not have to become telecom experts themselves.
