Allen Telecom Professionals encourage their employees to become leaders in the community through work with organizations such as SERTOMA. SERTOMA (SERvice TO MAnkind) assists people with hearing and speech deficiencies, primarily children. This assistance comes in several forms including scholarships for the hearing impaired and persons attending college majoring in a skill that aids this cause.

Steve Allen, our company's founder, spearheaded and assisted with several fund raising campaigns and was named Sertoman of the year in 2003. Steve, along with the Sertoma Club has coordinated and participates in several outings with the children each year.
